This is a 33-story cast-in-place, reinforced concrete tower with twin 6-story banking halls framed by welded steel vierendeel trusses.  The project has approximately 630,000 sq ft. and includes a 3-acre civic park atop a parking structure.  It is located in the heart of downtown Tampa, Florida, and since its inauguration has functioned as a visual marker for the city's entrance.
